Production Time:  Production Time runs anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks depending on the mascot and any customization you request.  Supply chain issues and labor shortages have hit us hard and will continue to negatively impact our normal production timelines.  Please order early.    

Customization:  Customization of fur and clothing to match your organization may be available, call us for more information.  If you need a custom-made mascot costume, please give us a call and we can help you design the perfect mascot costume for your school or business.  Totally custom mascots are more expensive, so if you can find a head mold you like on our site, we can do modifications to it and that will help keep the cost down.

Safety: Safety is most important, that’s why all of our mascots are pre-tested and made with safety top of mind.   Whether doing stunts or not, it’s imperative that your performer have the ability to see their surroundings.   All of our mascots are made to provide the clearest vision possible.  Additionally, all mascots are evaluated on construction quality, comfort, and performability. 

Shipping: Regular shipping fees are $99 per mascot.  This covers shipping, handling, and insurance in the event of damage or loss.  Expedited shipping is an option.  Please contact us for more information.
